Cleaning & Sanitation
We are conducting regular cleaning & sanitation of frequently touched surfaces and high traffic areas using hospital grade disinfectants (Alcohol 70%, Lysol, Ecocare 360).
Temperature & Well-being Checks
All employees are required to have a body temperature check every time they enter the resort to report to work. The resort is conducting guest temperature checks in compliance with government protocol. We are asking employees and guests to conduct well-being checks prior to arrival to the resort. Employees & guests who are experiencing sign & symptoms of COVID-19 and or having a temperature of 38°C & greater will be advised to immediately contact their health provider, will be refused entry & reported to BHERT & Local Health unit following local government directions.
Hand Hygiene & Social Distancing
Reminders about hand washing techniques & social distancing guidelines are located throughout the resort as well as hand sanitizer stations are visibly placed throughout.
Mask & Gloves
Face coverings are required in the resort public areas. All resort employees has to wear Face masks as well as any additional PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) based on job specifications and are taking additional safety precautions for guests and each others.
Food & Safety Protocols
Our food & beverage team are following precautionary measures from food preparation set up and services and strengthening food safety & hygiene protocols for the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service & Events. Kitchen staffs are disinfecting kitchen surfaces frequently as they can and are wearing masks & gloves when plating and serving dishes.
