Smoking

The Waterfront Beach Resort is a non smoking resort. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. If there is evidence that you have been smoking in your room, and Public areas.

A recovery fee of P2,000.00 per incident will be applied to your account.

Damages

Damage to the guestrooms or public spaces are subject to fines.

Any changes to confirmed reservations are subject to the hotels availability and discretion at the time the change is requested and may result in a possible rate change & change fee.

Pets

The resort is PET friendly. One well-behaved per per room is allowed.  Guests must notify the front desk upon arrival, and are responsible for all damages. In consideration to all guests, pets must never be left unattended in the guest room & must always be on a leash.  Guests are responsible for the pickup of their pets waste using the color-coded garbage bins on the resort. Site restrictions apply: pets cannot be past the length or height of 36 inches, nor more than 25lbs. Pets more than these restrictions requires resort manager approval. Please feel free to contact resort for questions.

Arrival & Departure

Guests arriving before 3PM are welcome to enjoy the resort amenities by pre-registration at the Front Office.

Checkin time is: 3PM     
Checkout time is: 11AM

Payments

Please note that the resort requires a 50% down payment and has a non cancellation & No Refund policy.  We give allotment of 2 months for guests to reschedule their booking when necessary.  Full payment is expected upon Check-In

All accounts will be settled upon departure. For your convenience, we accept credit & or debit cards.  Should you wish to settle your account with a form of payment other than mentioned, arrangements must be made with the resort prior to arrival.

Guests are required to pay in full upon arrival including a Php1,000.00 unit deposit which will be applied towards incidental charges and is fully refundable upon check-out provided no losses or damages in the room.

House Rules

No private food or beverages, whether consuming or not, are permitted in the pool area of the resort.  A corkage fee will be applied for food brought to the resort as follow: Food Php100/head per night, Beer Php500 per case / box, Hard Liquor Php200 per bottle.  All food and beverages guests would like to pay for by credit card needs to be Php 500 minimum(Subject to availability of machine).

Cooking inside the room & Electrical Appliances are Prohibited.

Unit/Incidental Deposit:        Php 1,000
Room Key Lost/Broken Fee: Php 350 piece
Towels Lost/Damaged Fee:  Php 350 piece
Smoking Recovery Fee:         Php 2,000 per incident
Pet Waste Fee:                        Php 500 per incident

Upon registration, the front office will gkey(s) with room assignment(s). For safe keeping of your room key(s), please deposit your key(s) at the reception if you were to temporarily leave the resort. Always double check your door is locked to ensure safety of you and your items. The resort is not liable for any personal missing or damaged items.
For Senior Citizen(s) & PWD please bring IDs for room and food discount(s). 

If Guest(s) would like to extend their stay, please inform the front office before 9AM the next day for proper documentation and avoiding booking problems. The Management reserves the right to decline request(s) for an extension due to conflicts of bookings.

All Special Requests are subject to availability upon Check-In & may incur additional charges, and are not guaranteed.  Management reserves the right to inform & eject guest(s) of overdue accounts, repeated violations & has the right to eject guests for Non-Payments to avoid legal action.

Upon arrival  a security officer will give you a validation ticket to place in your front right window to legally allow you to utilize your vehicle during your stay at our resort.  Upon surrender of your room key(s), inform the front desk when your ready to check out. Our Staff Attendant will check your room(s), and if satisfactory will issue a “release parking ticket” to you to give to the security officer as confirmation that you are clear to leave the resort premises.

The Management prohibits guests from carrying Firearms, explosives and other fatal weapons inside the resort, as well as, storing such items in your vehicle.

Guest(s) with children between the age(s) of: 0 to 12, must have a Guardian at all times while on the resort. No running in the hallways or playing in public areas, swimming alone at the beach or pool. Parents are responsible for their SAFETY

Guest(s) who wish to avail of room(s) for social gatherings must secure management’s approval prior to the engagement.  For a more peaceful atmosphere, we request silence along the guest floor hallways. Any disturbance that annoys other guests in their rooms, hallways or other areas of the resort, will be endorsed to the Resort Security Officer for appropriate action(s).

Guests are required to wear facemasks in public areas. Please observe physical distancing.
